A very straightforward information book for people who have memory loss or know someone who is suffering early signs. This is the complete guide to making the most of your memory. The Author is Rita Carter. Covers: How the mind makes memories, memory problems, causes and cures, how memories are constructed, deja vu, amnesiac studies on page 83 (forgetting). A friendly, informative book used by clinicians and lent to therapist clients who want more information about memory loss without all the psychiatric-speak phrases. Good solid info.
