I got a book request and I always do the DC# on the pkg for quick credit and tracking.

So I go to print off the wrapper and this book order says that DC is currently not available at this address.

I've never had this happen before.

I honestly dont like mailing a book w/o DC...

NOW what do I do ???

Charity--

From what I've read here, this sometimes happens.  Apparently, it's usually a glitch with the company PBS uses for their postage/DC services.  If you wait a while and try again it'll usually work right.

When I first joined I used DC on all my books and I had that happen a few times. I just mailed without DC anyway. Nothing bad happened.

I mailed a book to someone who PM'd that PBS postage and DC won't accept their mailing address for some reason (others have apparently had problems with trying to use it to mail to her). If you really don't want to mail w/o DC,  then go to the P.O. and their DC.  I've always used USPS DC when mailing books I want to have DC on.
