I have way too many books TBR and no time for reading now because classes started again last week.  I want to put my account on hold to I stop getting WL offers for a while.  My questions is, when I do get time to read and can post some WL books do I have to wait an hour after posting for the one hour buyers remorse before going back on hold or will it still go through if I put it on hold right away?

Thanks in advance

You can take yourself off hold, post the books, put yourself back on hold immediately. If a book is in "wish list hold" or "1 hr buyer's remorse" when you go back on hold, then it won't go back onto your shelf unless the request falls through.

If someone lets a request time out you will have to unhold again just long enough to get it to offer it to the next person in line. I go on hold frequently for the same reason: out of control TBR.  Every now and then I have to unhold for a minute to get a book to go to the next person.
