Help!

I'm finally baking this weekend!  Do you have any fav vagen recipes (no milk, butter, eggs?)  Or vagen quick breads?  Recipes that you have tried out and loved!?

Thank you in advance, and my vagen friends thank you too!

Vegan Cookies:

http://vegancookies.wordpress.com/

There are a ton of recipes on that site.

Keep in mind that honey isn't vegan, so don't substitute.

My husband works for a small company and over 50% of the employees are vegan. When they do parties and everyone brings in food, we have to mark it "legal" (vegan) and "illegal" (non-vegan). It is funny to see this post, because I did a lot of baking this year and my husband took them into work (and they were all Illegal!). I had asked him if there was a way make "legal" baked goods. I will look at the link so I can make some legal ones next time. Thanks.
