3 - zuccinni, julianned or small shreds
1 cup - walnuts
1 clove - garlic,(or more to taste)
tsp - sea salt or celtic (or
1/2 cup - water, purified or distilled
2 tsp - lemon juice
1 peel (put peelings in compost for garden !)
2 set aside shredded zuccinni
3 mix nuts garlic salt water and lemon in personal blender or processor,pour over zuccinni !!
4 Can be garnish with small cherry tomatoes stuffed with withered basil(wither with sea salt), add fresh spices(sage,etc),if desired
Also.....cashews,pine nuts and macadamia nuts were in the original recipe....(from youtube raw food search ),
but I didn't feel like spending 10.00 on just the nuts. I'm glad I tryed walnuts,It was AMAZING!! and....
I used 3 cloves of garlic..but my family had a problem with my breath for a while! Lots of Love!!! Tastes sooooo good!!
Follow with my rocky road dessert (pecans,carob pieces blended in mini blender ,then mush a banana and add!!), my 12 year old LOVED this too.
