I guess I should have figured it out from the title, but I didn't expect so many of the recipes to rely on prepared foods, such as spaghetti sauce and bullion. If that isn't an issue for you, this is a good book with a wide variety of recipes.
Simple and easy to follow, with fairly normal ingredients that most people have in their kitchen. Also easy to use as base recipes and add your own personal touches. Good for people who just want to cut down on the amount of meat in their diets.
