I loved this book! Thank you Ms. Howard for going back to what you do best, murder mysteries with laugh out loud humor. I was a little wary buying this book. But the first chapter had me hooked. "Six weddings in five days. HOLY SHIT". What an opening. This a good read. Fast paced, several laugh out load moments and some steamy sex. Exactly the way I like my Linda Howard.

I'm a reluctant Linda Howard fan. This was good entertainment and would make a decent movie. Hero and heroine are both likeable and Howard does capture chemistry well. Editing mistakes were annoying. Some things were over-explained or repeated while other motivations were rushed. Although a different take, it was a bit too much to use the wedding planning venue when Nora Roberts is in the middle of a similarly-set series.

Awesome book! Loved the blend of humor, romance, and suspense. First Linda Howard I have read and I was very impressed. I will definitely be looking for more.
