The final book in the "Silk Trilogy", continues the stirring story of Lara Stephenson and Major Ian Cameron, who get caught up in a plot to overthrow the British in India--and find themselves falling in love.
Very, very good novel

What an unexpected treat! Set in colonial India, this is the tender love story between Laura and Ian, both so wounded they were destined to be together.

Putney is a master storyteller. She has an amazing ability to show two people falling in love right before your very eyes. Highly recommended.
