Hi all,

A book I requested a fairly long time ago has one of those check marks where you can click to view the book en route to you.  What exactly is that tracking?  The darn thing showed the book in my town probably a week ago and I still have yet to receive it.  We're 5 days from the date the system says it is supposed to be received by, and I've gotten a bunch of books already that I requested subsequently.  TIA!

Try clicking on the dot that ends at your town it should give you some info, or click on the details tab on your account page for that transaction.   Could be it was delivered to the wrong place or maybe is sitting on a shelf somewhere misplaced.  If it shows being delivered call your post office, I believe the details box will show your tracking # (I think... don't have one currently so I don't remember)

Thanks!  I tried clicking on it and all it does is make the truck beep, lol.  And it says "no waypoint information at this time."

Should I PM the sender even though the system time isn't up yet?  I don't want to be a nudge about it but that little truck has been parked in my town for a long time now!  It's weird!

Ah, I had this happen as well, click on the details and scroll down to see the dc details. That will give you the real information.  I just had a book go lost that showed the same thing.  If it's not time, I would not PM the sender.
