I waited a long time to get a copy of this book! Then after reading reviews on here & Amazon, I was reluctant to start reading it, as it seemed many people did not enjoy this book. When I finally sat down to read, I was reluctant. While I can truthfully say it is not the best book I've ever read, I have to say the book grapped my attention from the first page. The main theme of the book is fairly dark & at times depressing, but I felt drawn in and invested in the main character, Summer. I wanted for her to find the answers she needed. The author's descriptive writing helped to draw me in even more. I'm glad I gave this book a chance.
