I love Kathy Herman and the Baxter Series! Good suspense, great plot and interesting characters without the graphic violence, bad language, or sexual content. This story focuses on how all of life's circumstances are under the control of a sovereign, all-wise and loving God and how He works everything together for the good of His children. There are a lot of lessons to be learned about fatherhood and trusting God no matter what.

In this third of a five part series, two missionaries return home from South America and after arriving in the US, they come down with an Ebola type virus. To make matters worse, an extremist anti-government group tries to take matters into their own hands.

I didn't think this book was quite as good as the first two (although I would still give it 3.5 - 4 stars out of 5). The "bad guys" in the story were too exaggerated and the story didn't flow as well as the first two books, but I still loved it!
