I posted a WL book - definitely the same ISBN. It went straight to my shelf. No buyers remorse period, nothing in my transaction archive. Hours later, I removed it from my shelf, checked to see it was still WL (1 wisher) and reposted it. Again, straight to my shelf.

If the wisher has their shelf on hold, would it still show as wishlisted?

This is the second time this has happened to me. I don't remember ever getting any plausible explanation the last time, but hope springs eternal. ;-)

I think it would still show it as having 1 wisher until more than 1 copy was in the system.  As soon as they took it off hold it would be offered to them.

Your bookshelf is on hold.  If it was on hold when you posted the book, that would be why it's just sitting there.  Once you take your account off hold, it will be offered to the first member in line.

D'oh! That wasn't the case last time, but probably is now. Thanks.

Yeah that would explain it.
