I just posted two WL books (Crank and Olive Kitteridge) to the system.  They aren't showing up on my Accounts page as being on hold.  What's wrong?

Sara,

If the requester had them on auto-request, they will show up on your My Account page after 1 hour.

That means someone has them on auto-request.  After 1 hr, they'll show up in your Books Requested from Me tab.  Right now, they're on your bookshelf but with a grey circle to the right of them meaning they're on 1 hr hold for "buyer's remorse".  Not that you can remove them from your shelf in that timeframe.
