Where do WL books disappear to when you post them to your bookshelf.  I seem to have one in WL limbo.  It has not been requested yet but has 11 people on the list.  But where does it show on my shelf????????

It won't show on your bookshelf IF someone has the book on autorequest.  So good news!  Your book WILL be requested soon!  When someone has a book on autorequest, it is held for an hour and then you'll get the request.  If someone has the book on their wishlist but NOT on autorequest, it still goes on your bookshelf with an icon beside it that says it is on WL hold...I think.  Someone correct me if I'm wrong!  Either way, WL books are never visible on your shelf to the general public, you are the only one that can see them.

If the book was on autorequest it won't show up on the WL hold tab, it will show on your shelf with the little grey (!) next to it until the 1 hr buyer's remorse is up.

If it's not on your shelf w/a gray ! then there should be a tab that says Wish List Hold. 

I think it's when it's on auto request that it shows on your shelf with the grey icon.  When it's just wishlisted,  but not auto requested, as soon as you post it you should have a tab that says Wishlist Holds.  If you click on that you'll see your book and see that it was offered to the #1 person on the WL.  If it's not working like that, then I think you have a problem and should contact the Help people.
