Question....I hope it's not just that I am tired and missing something...I listed a heavily Wish Listed book into the system. when I checked to see how many were listed it said 0. The book IS listed on my bookshelf, but even though mine is the only one in the system with lots of wishes, it has not been ordered. In the past the order had happened automatically, click and it was ordered. I guess it may show up later. If not...? Any suggestions?

I just looked at your shelf, and I didn't see any heavily WL books, so I am guessing that the book you listed is in a one-hour "buyer's remorse hold."

If you go to your shelf (your private shelf) you should look all the way to the right. There should be a small exclamation point instead of a box you could check off (you would check this box and go click at the top to put the book on hold or to delete it from your shelf.)

I hope this helps!

Yeah, thanks. I looked at the exclamation point and it said it was on one hour hold. What confused me was the it did not show up where it has in the past. the main account where the tabs say "On the way" "books I've mailed" "books I've requested," there's usually another one for wish listed holds. Oh, I think I see! these usually say the requestor is being contacted to see if they have enough points. In this case it must be that there are enough points, but they wait an hour?? Anyway, not important anymore. it just confused me because it has not happened this way in the past. Thanks for the info.

The difference is whether the book is on autorequest or not on the person's Wish List. Only books that are not on autorequest go to that tab and stay there until the book is requested or would roll over to a new wisher using autorequest. Any books on autorequest will remain on your shelf with the grey (!) and then go to your requested from you tab after that.

If the autorequestor is out of credits at the 1hr mark it'll put it on the 48hr WL hold.
