WVO stands for Waste Vegetable Oil, and most diesel engines can use this as a fuel, with minor modifications to the fuel delivery system. In fact, diesels can use a number of different waste oil products as fuel.
I currently own a GMC 3500 truck with a 6.5 liter diesel engine (I'm a general building contractor) and I plan to convert this over to WVO some time next summer. I also know another fellow with the exact same truck who runs his on waste automatic transmission fluid (he works at a Jiffey Lube and gets it for free).
I'd be interested in chatting with, and exchanging information with, other alternative fuel vehicle owners on here.
