An extremely disturbing book. The grisly murder of a priest, a series of rape-murders of young girls, and the stalking of a wildly popular movie star are tangled around each other in ways that challenge a flawed and tormented New Orleans cop. Right, wrong, revenge, justice, and deception all swirl around each other until it's no longer possible to accurately identify which is which.
