I have a book on my waitlist that became available.  The other member accepted the request and the book has been mailed to me, but it still shows on my WL.  Will it stay there until I get the book and mark it received or do I just need to delete it from my WL?

Lisa, is it possible that you put two versions of the book on your wish list, say the paperback and the hardback?  If so, when you mark the book received, the system will offer to remove any other versions of that title from your wish list.

maybe it was just a glitch, but I recently received a WL book that I had several versions of on my list, and after I marked it received I didn't get any message.  I ended up going in and deleting the other two versions myself.    However I would advise NOT removing anything from your WL until you actually receive the book just in case.

I don't think I put two versions on the WL, at least not intentionally.  Tammy, I think I'll take your advice though about not removing it until I receive the one that was mailed.  Who knows what I might mess up in the "computer files."  Once I receive it and mark it as received, I'll either delete it myself from the WL or let the system automatically clean it up (if it asks me).  Thanks for your answers.
