A diverse collection of essays by first-generation women. I liked it a lot and think that anyone who has a foreign-born parent or parents will relate and enjoy this book.

This is such an interesting book. As a first generation American with mixed racial background, I could really relate to a lot of the stories. Each story was unique but intriguing. I would definitely recommend this book!
