This book has helped me regain my intimacy with God. As Christians, we forget that God longs to be intimate with us and cares about all the details of our lives. John's honest account of his daily talks with God helped me to open up to God about my deepest fears and struggles in order to allow God in and His peace to reassure me that I am not in this life alone. Great read as a daily devotional guide or as a sit down in one or two sittings. Definitely a keeper!
