Debut novel featuring prosecutor Melanie Vargas. With a young 6 month old daughter at home and a cheating husband, Melanie lands a high profile case that could make or break her career. I enjoyed this one alot. This is the beginning of a series that I look forward to reading.

First book featuring Federal Prosecutor Melanie Vargas. Was a good read. Looking forward to reading the next book. There are so far four book in this series. They are:

This book is very good. Would make a great movie. Written by a lawyer. A little gore in the beginning. Author took book from her experience. I recommned if you like Patrica Cromwell's books.
Good first mystery.
