This is the tale of Prince Nefer, Thamose' grandson, and the ultimate battle he must endure to regain the throne of Egypt. Smith's storytelling makes you believe you can feel the heat and sands of the desert. Great read!

This is a great book if you like historical fiction. It has a ton of action, a little bit of sex and lakes of blood. The ending is absolutely ferocious and not for the faint of heart. I would recommend this book to those who like historical fiction and a book that really shakes you up in places.
