It could be that Amazon has had this feature all along and I just noticed it today. But I went there to do my usual browsing for upcoming HF when I noticed that I could browse HF that is on a 4-for-3 promotion. Here's how:

1) Find a book with the catalog category, Fiction - Historical. You should be able to find the category for just about any recent HF book you have read. Categories appear at the bottom of the product page.

2) Check the category box and run the search.

3) On the results page, look at the sub-categories on the top left-hand part of the page. You can refine the search by drilling down:  Literature & Fiction > Genre Fiction > Historical.

4) Look on the left-hand side of the results page. About halfway down the page, you'll see a heading for Promotion. Click 4-for-3 to find all Amazon paperbacks in the HF category that are eligible for the buy 3 get one free promotion.

How is it that I still feel the need to buy books even tho I have a stockpile of credits on PBS and an overflowing TBR?

I have no urge to change this behaviour either....

It's nothing I haven't heard before, Michelle. :)

It's an addiction, Marci. But one I can live with! :)
