This is the first book I've read by Marian Keyes and I really enjoyed it. I could really relate to a lot of the things that Claire was feeling as far as being confused about her husband who cheated on her and the new guy she finds in her life. It was very witty and funny. The ending was something different than I expected, but I was still pleased with how things turned out. I'd highly recommend this book. =)

I found this to be a funny story and I could relate with the main character. However I found the ending to be a bit predictable. Fun read though!

This is my first Marian Keyes read. The best thing about this book for me was the way the author had with her words. She writes very well, and draws you in easily. I appreciated that. And I really enjoyed how she made her secondary characters, Claire's family-to be specificly, so lively and funny and very warm personalities. Even when they were being silly or mean or whatever other emotion, the characters wrapped around me like a warm blanket. The only reason this novel isn't a favorite of mine is because of Claire's situation with her husband. I could not like the storyline or how she developed it and its conclusion. While it ended well, I wanted more from the plot. But I am glad I tried Marian Keyes. I may read another.

Not too bad a book. Just a little strange how the author is constantly writing what the main character is thinking - more than usual. That part was a little annoying. The book itself was pretty predictable in alot of ways but the characters in the book were very interesting.
