Just got a note that a book was received damaged.  Did not like the accusatory tone of the personal message.  I refunded credit but don't want them ordering from me again.

No, sorry, there is not a way.  You will just need to make note of the member's name.  Should another order from them come to you (which is unlikely in the FIFO system), then you'll have to cancel it.

Sorry the other member wasn't nice in their PM to you.  We all can make a mistake, they should remember that when they PM about a damaged book.

What Sarah said.  Occasionally members wish for an "ignore orders/requests from this member" button, but at this time it remains merely a wish :-)
