I resorted my reminder list by author, so that I could have all the books by a particular author I was looking at in the same area of the list. So now I want to change it back to the default (available on top, unavailable on bottom), is there a way to do this?

Okay, I found the link to go to that will change it in another discussion topic, but there doesn't seem to be an option in the list itself to allow you to change it back to the default once you change your sorting option. Am I missing something?

No, there isnt an option on the list itself. I keep the link in a word doc so I can resort it. For some reason it isnt an option.

Just change it back to sorted by Title and it'll go back to alphabetical but with unavailable books on the bottom.  I just sorted mine by author and then resorted by Title and it went back that way.

Sarah, I tried that. It sorts by title, regardless of if the book is available. Check your list carefully. The default is by title and availability, while the title sort is ONLY by title. Therefore, it may appear close at first glance, but it isn't right.

It has to do with the cookies on your computer, delete them and it will go back to the default sorting.

Oh. Thanks Melanie, I didn't think of that. It does seem like a bit of a pain though. You shouldn't have to delete your cookies in order to have the list be organized the way you want. :-(

I just checked and if you click on the button RESORT, you can sort by Author, Title or Date and then choose Ascending or Descending. Don't know if that answers your question, but it might help.

ETA:  Oops: I didn't know about the option of Available vs. Unavailable. Sorry!
