That is so seriously cool. For anyone astronomy geeks, if you ever get to the big Island Hawaii take a star-gazing tour to the top of Mauna Kea. Unbelievable what you can see at those altitudes and with no light pollution. See Venus set whilst Mars rises (or was it the other way around?).
