I imagine this has been asked somewhere here before, but I couldn't find a thread on it.

I like the club tag cloud, but am trying to figure if I can combine a search on two (or more) tags.  I'd like to start a new Mystery/Thriller series, so I originally looked in the 1st in series tags.  That works for browsing, but it'd be faster if I could just see the Mystery 1st in series, and not the other genres.

Is there a way to do this?  Is it something incredibly simple that I'm just missing?

Thanks in advance!

You're not missing anything -- tags aren't searchable at all, just browsable.  You can search by genre -- "Mystery & Thrillers" are one big genre, and you could work from there, though it gives a lot of results if you don't have any other criteria in mind.

Alternatively, the folks in the "Mystery & Thrillers" area of the fourms might be able to recommend something too.

Thanks, Elizabeth.

That's too bad.  It'd be handy, at least to me.

I do search the Mystery and Thillers (man, that's a lot of books).  I often see something I'm interested in and find out it's the 3rd or 4th book in a series.  So then I end up on Wiki or Google to find out what the 1st book is, because I like to read them in order.  I've found some cool books that way, I was just wondering if I could somehow expidite the process.

Oh well, maybe someday.

I'll check out the Mystery and Thrillers forum, definitely.  Thanks again!

Searchable tags are desired by many members (including me) -- the PBS Team just hasn't been able to implement it (yet).

The folks over in the Hidden Gems forums seem to talk about mysteries, particularly cozy mystery series, quite a bit too.

Just a note: the squeaky wheel often gets the grease.  What I'm trying to say is: please send in Feedback if this is a feature you'd like to see implemented.  I also wish the Tags were searchable (it is a project the PBS team had planned to do, but it got pushed down on the priority To Do list and there is no current ETA).  I'm a huge fan of Feedback and feel that the more of us submit that we want it, the more likely it is for the team to reconsider its status and get this feature added!

Another place to look for mystery series is fictfact: http://www.fictfact.com/most-popular-by-genre/Mystery

Thanks for the links, ladies!  And Sianeka, I'll be sure to suggest that to the Team.  I'll do that now!
