Does anyone know of a website that can help you find a book title and author?  I read a book awhile back and I would like to read it again but I can't remember the title or author. I lent my copy to someone and never got it back.  I know I have seen some folks post about this in other threads but I just can't seem to find it right now.

Or - anyone know what this book title/author is?

The book took place out in the mid-West and a man was preying on people during tornados.  He would go to the houses just before a tornado and murder them, and steal from them. I don't think the word "tornado" was in the title though.
