This might be my favorite Robyn Carr book yet; it's certainly a bit lighter than some of the others (no domestic violence, for one thing). Charlene decides to get married, but to the wrong man. Charlene's mother is losing her mind, and her daughter is a spoiled brat. The men in this book are virtually all heroes; they just need to be matched up with the right women. Which, of course, takes 377 entertaining pages to work out. The only problem with Carr's books is that I keep finishing them!

Predictable, but Carr is a good enough writer to make the plot bright and lively and the characters engaging.

Another great book by Robyn Carr. It had me smiling and laughing in many parts. I did feel that the book ended quite abuptly and everything was tied up quickly, but still a great book!

Typical of Carr, this story was about more than Charlene. The storyline extended to Charlene's daughter, her assistant, and her mother.

What I always love about Carr is that she can write these characters I dislike but I keep reading because it is very intriguing. The only character in here I adore was Grant and Jake, the ex-husband. Everyone else I found a bit annoying.

Yes, it was predictable but still a decent read. It was a little hard getting into the story but once I got to about 1/3 into the book I couldn't put it down.
