This book is set up to cook for the week on the weekend. It is an interesting concept, but the recipes seem a little complicated for such an effort and I don't think the recipes are thrifty. Lamb with fava beans avgolemono isn't something I would prepare on the weekend or any other time. Recipes that call for items such as garam masala, dark rum and coconut milk probably won't be made in my kitchen. Overall, not a book I would be able to use.
