I recently updated my personal settings and *deleted* and turned off my "Requester Conditions." Shortly after doing this I received an email from a member who I had requested a book from 2 months ago. (This book was marked "Lost in the mail" by PBS because it never got to me - still hasn't arrived. ) The member emailed me about my Requester Conditions sounding upset and asking me to return the book to her. It looked like the system might have somehow PM'd her my requester condisitons and made her think that I was unhappy with the book she sent me? I have no idea what happened.

Any ideas?

Oh.... I think I figured it out. When I go into my "Transaction Archive" and click on "Request Details" for the book that was lost, it brings up a window with the timeline showing what happened when. It *also* includes a little message up top with my old Requester Conditions.

I think she might've been looking up the details for the lost book and got confused when she saw the reqester conditions part.
