In the style of a natural history on a wild animal, the author reviews the human body, piece by mind-numbing piece, and its functions and weaknesses. Also, habitats it can tolerate, foods it can eat, and so forth. I got this on audio, when I got to disk 7, the recording skipped, then stopped, and I found myself thinking, "Oh good."

This would be useful for someone with minimal knowledge about the human animal, and does in fact have a few tidbits of interesting material (such as: if your ring finger on your right hand is longer than the index finger of the same hand, you were subjected to higher levels of testosterone in the womb.) But altogether, it was difficult to get motivated to continue it.
