I did a lot of searching for BTH, Domes of Fire, and David Eddings, and did not find anything helpful to answer your question. I think you should probably just ignore the "BTH" acronym, whatever it might mean.

It looks like a lot of David Eddings' books have "BTH" attached to them on various online sites, but I'm not seeing any explanation for that.  On one site a writer refers to the "BTH Seeress of Kell."  It feels to me as if it's a series abbreviation.  Maybe "Belgarath"?
