There's a new Haven Kimmel coming out.  I forget the title.  Nevermind - it came out in late 2007.

Also The Age of Shiva: A Novel :: Manil Suri

Breaking Dawn, the fourth book in the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer (yes, I got sucked up too!)

I'll also BE waiting for the next Outlander book, but I haven't gotten up to that point in the series yet.

Ditto on the new Outlander, Echo in the Bones.

ETA, Ken Follett's new one; I've already ordered it through Amazon. The Pillars of the Earth was wonderful, I can't wait for the new one.

I'm looking forward to David Sedaris's new book, When You are Engulfed in Flames.

I am also trying to find out if my favorite author, Ann-Marie McDonald (Fall On Your Knees, The Way the Crow Flies) is working on a new book but can't find any info online.  Frustrating!

For me, its Breaking Dawn. I read the first 3 in 2 days and even re-read Twilight... bought A New Dawn which is an anthology of different authors taking a stab at Edward/Bella, but I guess I am too in love with Stephenie Meyer's characters and intent that I just couldn't get into it.

I'm also looking forward to Night World No. 2 by L.J. Smith.

I can't wait for the new editions of travel books to come out! I collect them and read them over and over to plan my trips around the world. :)  (Haha, I should edit to say that I usually pick the new editions of the Let's Go series, the Frommer's series, the Rough Guides series, and a few others that interest me!)

I'm very much looking forward to Neil Gaiman's latest, The Graveyard Book - should be out around Halloween.  He's been talking about it a lot in his journal, so I'm all hyped up.

I would like to say I'm looking forward to the first translated Kyou Kara Maoh! novel and the third volume of The Twelve Kingdoms, which are both supposed to be out next spring, but the company doing the translating just underwent a major restructuring, and I'm not entirely sure if it still has the license for them.  There are few things as frustrating as knowing that the next volume of a series you really like is out there, just not in a language you can read.

The Street Stops Here: A Year at a Catholic High school in Harlem by Patrick McCloskey is being released in Jan. of 2009. I am particularly looking forward to this book as I know one of the teachers who worked there at the time this book was being written.

Books I'm looking forward to coming out are;

The Fire: A Novel by Kathrerine Neville

Playing with Fire by Katie MacAlister

I have just added a bunch of books that are on people's wish lists that either don't match the ISBNs or don't have an IBSN on them. There are over 100 books from all sorts of authors and subjects posted on my bookshelf, please take a look.

I'm always waiting for the next Cleo Coyle, Katie MacCalister, J Robb, Sherrilyn Kenyon or Clive Cussler book to come out.

I would love Ann Maxwell to write more of the Spell Singer series.
