One of the most helpful guides ever regarding the premenopause condition. A gallant stride towards battling the aggravating hormonal demons that plague many women PRIOR to menopause. Helped me to put many issues such as depressive angst, moodiness, anxiety, sleeplessness and resultant fatigue to rest! Most enlightening and encouraging!

I really appreciated this book. It helped me to know that I am not crazy and other women have navigated these issues and survived. I only wish that more mainstream medical care professionals would read this book. I'd love to have a doctor like Dr. Lee but so many "natural" practitioners do not accept insurance and many times this is why patients don't seek them out. It is hard to justify paying for health insurance and natural health care too. Nevertheless, the book is a great read. It helps us to understand how the symptoms we experience can be resolved naturally and how our bodies function.

This was an informative book. Very indepth but sometimes I wanted to scream TMI! I was getting a headache from reading this information. I felt as though the authors were trying to squeeze every bit of information they could into this book. I also found some contradictions. This book has since been updated with new informtaion.
