I know how to eat right and take care of my body. But every few months I like to read a book like this, just to get me excited about doing it. I think that McKeith repeats herself alot, and if I actually took every supplement and remedy she recommends I'd be too full to eat real food. But there was a lot of really useful information and it gave me the pep talk I needed.
A really interesting book about what you should be eating. The author is british and has been on tv as well. She really makes the case for being careful what you eat and how it affects your well being and health. I took some of the recipes and suggestions and have been happy with them.
