Bertie, when you mark it RWAP there is a space for you to enter a note for the sender.

I would just use it and not contact her first.

This is an official problem according to PBS rules, so you should mark it RWAP- wrong book.  In the space provided to send the sender a message, you can state that you have marked the book RWAP because it is not the correct version and that the ISBNs do not match.  You can also ask for your credit back if you want, and/or offer to return the book to the sender at their expense.

I did get my credit back so I pm'd her to say thanks.  She said she posted the book with the ISBN on the book and she doesn't know how it got posted to me.  Her Isbn was not a wish list one and mine is.  How would something like that happen??

She could have entered the ISBN, then clicked on one of the buttons for other versions listed instead of the post this book button.

Make sure to go in and submit followup that the sender resolved the problem.
