Hmm, I kind of forgot about that.  Did we ever decide ahead of time, or were we going to decide in December?  December just flew by!  I'm not sure if by the time we decide and then everyone is able to get the book and read it, it'd still be January.  Maybe we could go for a February book discussion.

I'm gonna go find that other thread and see what we talked about.

I know I was the last poster on the Christmas Bus (I found out it was the same book but republished called "No Room At The Inn" or something like that)  I'm glad I didn't read it before. LOL. I feel bad because if I'd found that out sooner more people could have gotten it at the library or elsewhere since it has 2 titles.

Yeah, I didn't find anything about a book in January in any of the threads.  I'm willing to figure one out in the next couple of days, find it and read it, if anyone else is game.  I have a lot of non-fiction books I want to get to, but I know most people said they wanted to read fiction.

Since I've been so into Francine Rivers lately, maybe we could read one by her.  Some of her older ones should be more readily available at the library.

I read a few of her books a few years back and just loved them. Sounds like a good idea.

How about we all read, "Kindred" by Olivia Bulter?

I don't know if I've ever heard of that one.  I'll have to go look it up.

I'm ready for another group read.
