I found this link from someone on Shelfari. I think it's appropriate for this forum. Find out what is your British Noble name.

Mine is    Lady Eileen Josephine Curtis.

What's yours?

Is that all the Lora Leigh and erotica I've been getting lately??? I do like Jocelyn however... Hermoine makes me want to start singing a song from "Gigi". :)

Lady Deline Olivia Bethume.

Hmmm, I think I'll stick with my birth name instead: Cerys Andria Jeinne Cristiana Rhiannon (last name).

Cerys Andria Jeinne Cristiana Rhiannon (last name).

Holy mouthful!  What happened there, Ani?  Couldn't your parents make up their minds??  :-)

Actually, that IS the British tradition to honour others.

Cerys: Welsh name for Beloved, the first of "my" names

Andria: for my birth father, Andrew

Jeinne: for my birth mother, Jennifer

Cristiana: the second of "my" names and to honour my mother who had converted to Judaism to marry my father.  A way of carrying on her heritage, so to speak.

Rhiannon:  a family name on my maternal side that has been in the family for nearly 700 years

I like being a Caitlin - always said I would call my daughter that - if I had one.

Interesting.  DH is English and neither he, his sibs, his parents or grandparents have middle names.  Maybe it's just their family (though his bro and sis have given their kids middle names).

That's so interesting, Ani. So where did Ani come in?

I love these names. Hermione will forever remind me of Harry Potter.
