I think you mean Book Journal. If so, it's a subscription feature that allows you to import/export books lists, categorize your books, and more!

The 7 day trial is free, then it's $8 per year.

You can get more info here and here.

On the profile page, upper left hand corner, it says notebook entry.

I found a profile with notebook entries, but after searching the help docs, I haven't found anything about notebooks or notebook entries.

I've looked several times, but I don't see a link to "notebook" anywhere! Hmm. This is curious. Do you have one on your profile page? I looked at yours, and I don't see one there. I also looked at mine, as well as my settings, and there is no mention of notebook anywhere.

I did find this member's profile who has notebook entries. She's a tour guide.. is it a TG thing?

Everybody has a notebook not just TGs. Click on the New Notebook Entry link and it will take you a text box. You can use it for anything you want - list for what you've read, games your in, unpostables,etc...You can make it public or private in your settings.

I use mine to list what books I've read each month, to have a list of what freebies and ARCs I have available, etc. I generally use the same Notebook entry over and over and just edit it each time, but you could save them and start a new one. The old ones fade to the background and aren't visible from the profile unless you click on that link.

You can use 'em for whatever you want, notes to yourself, thoughts...I guess it's kind of like your PBS Blog if you want it that way!

I also use my notebook to list the books I've read for the year.

<<Everybody has a notebook >>

I don't have a notebook link anywhere!

The only place I see the notebook link is on a few other members profiles.

Did I get a dud account?

Melissa, go to your account and click public profile, the notebook button Angela is referring to should be right under the search button on the right.

Liesl: Apparently, I tried to find it by doing everything but what you just suggested!  Thank you very much! I finally found it!

If your notebook is public - then other people can post to you there.
