When someone looks at your book list, do they see the ratings that YOU have given each book, or do they see the ratings that have been given by EVERYONE (an average)? I know when you search for a title, it is the average rating, but I am wondering about your own personal list. Thanks!
I've wondered this also. I looked at your shelf and it looks like most of the stars match if I click on the book title (which should take me to the "tnereal" list).
Accidental Family - 4 stars
Angels Fall - nothing
Carolina Moon - 4 stars
Cats cross their grave - 4 stars
Cat who saw red - 4 1/4 stars
Cell - 5 stars
Are those your ratings for those books?
I just gave Tom Sawyer (the first book on my shelf) a 5 star rating and when I look at myshelf by clicking on it here it shows my rating in gold. I dunno though if thats what other people see. It had no star rating to begin with though.

Here is what I see:
Accidental Family - 3 stars
Angels Fall - 5 stars
Carolina Moon - 5 stars
Cats cross their grave - 5stars
Cat who saw red - 5 stars
Cell - 3 stars
So what I see in yellow does not seem to match what you are seeing.
