I'm still reading Vampire Dreams but I should finish it today. I'm going to the library to pick up The Missing by Shiloh Walker.

I'm (trying) to read Lyon by Elizabeth Amber. I really liked the first 2, but this one just isn't grabbing me like those. I'm also reading Highland Rogue by Tess Mallory.

I finished Enchanted, Inc. and started Against the Wall by Rhyannon Byrd.  Pretty much one big boink-fest there- but it's a short book so should finish it quickly.  I'm not sure what to start next- maybe Ready by Lucy Monroe, as I have all three of those books.

I finished Blue Smoke and Murder, pretty good romantic suspense. I just started Silent in the Grave by Deanna Raybourn. I've been pleasantly surprised by this book, wasn't sure if I would be able to get into it--it's historical fiction/mystery, which I like, but with a "new-to-me" author, you never know. It's had me chuckling quite a few times so far.

I finished Forbidden Pleasure by Lora Leigh and really enjoyed it. Far more than her breed books, actually.

Now I'm starting Charming the Highlander by Janet Chapman

I'm going out of town in a few weeks and need to choose some books to take with me. I'm going to be gone two weeks at my mother's and it can get kinda boring there (sorry mom!) so I need some fun things to read. I already think I'll take my new copy of Twilight but I'm going to need more reading than just that!

I had to grab something to put in my purse ( I usually keep an unpostable in there) and I grabbed The Lover by Robin Schone. First thing I've read by her, pretty smokin' hot!  I'll definitely have to get the sequel, Gabriel's Woman.

I read Shannon McKenna's Ultimate Weapon and was a bit disappointed. I think I'll start Lisa Kleypas Meet Me at Midnight next.

I'm reading a book that I may or may not use in a swap on the games forum. It's really really good! I don't know whether I'm going to use it in the swap or if I'm going to put it on my keeper shelf!

I've also started "Virgin River", I haven't gotten too far into it but I'm enjoying it so far.

I'm reading "To Catch an Heiress", and then I will have read all of Julia Quinn's books. I'm probably going to read "A Wallflower Christmas" next (It's on my Kindle).

I started Sunday's at Tiffany's, which is not the sort of thing I usually read, but the premise sounded interesting.

I'm reading Sleeping Beauty by Judith Ivory.  So far so good.

Ooh Shari, I just got Silent in the Grave by Raybourn in the mail.  I am glad to hear that you like it.  I just might try it next.  I picked up the second book in the series a long time ago from Goodwill not knowing it was part of a series.  When I found out, I held off reading it until I got Silent in the Grave which took awhile to get since it was wishlisted.

I finished Vampire Dreams by Cheyenne McCray & Annie Windsor. It was OK, but could have been better. I'm getting ready to start reading Behind Closed Doors by Shannon McKenna. It's my first read by her.

I love Shannon McKenna.    Her heroes are usually very flawed and very rough around the edges.  I think the hero in that one is especially hard to take.  But it's still a great book.

I've been going back and forth between 2 books.  One is  Sweet and Deadly by Charlaine Harris-a murder mystery originally put out in the 80's.  Must be one of her first books.  She didn't turn this one in to a series but it's pretty good.  The other is On a Highland Shore by Kathleen Givens.  That's a Scottish midievil.  It's pretty good too and I think the first of a series.  I can feel her setting up a book for 2 of the side characters.  I need to look up if the next book is out already.  ETA: the next book is Rivals for the Crown which is out already.

Just finished Dark Summer by Iris Johansen.  A very good read.  A mystery/thriller/romance with a little paranormal thrown in just to keep it interesting.  I enjoyed it.

Just finished book 4 of the Firstborn series by Karen Kingsbury--Family.  Onto book 5 (finally!), called Forever.

And zipped through Bella Andre's Tempt Me, Taste Me, Touch Me--quick and hot :)

I finished Sundays at Tiffany's - very quick read - and started Waking the Princess by Susan King. I don't know why, but it's just not holding my interest at ALL. I was trying it to see if I liked her before buying up some of her books that are at the UBS, but I guess I won't be getting them.

Just about finished with Elizabeth's Wolf by Lora Leigh. What a good story! Unlike alot of Leigh's women, Elizabeth is strong and resourceful.

Then moving on to either Modus Vivendi (Affairs of Mortons Pointe) by Emery Sanborne- a m/m/f menage that takes place around World War I or Their One and Only by Trista Ann Michaels- also menage but this one is m/f/m with psychic identical twin brothers! LOL

Kimberly D--I'm almost finished with Silent in the Grave, barring any unforseen problems I should finish it tonight. It's been a really good book, I love the dialogue and the heroine. I just reserved the 2nd book at the library, should get it this week.

I can't seem to get into Your Scandalous Ways by Chase.  I think I will put it on the side for now.  I am needing a fast pace swashbuckling adventure book.  Do you got one of those??  LOL  Going to go look into my TBR pile.

Finished the Raybourn book, can't wait for the next one! In the meantime, I'm going to start My Lord and Spymaster by Joanna Bourne.
