Thought I'd start the thread!

I'm reading Flashpoint by Suzanne Brockmann.  Got it from the Library so I didn't spend a credit on a book I may not like.  So far, I have to say its not too bad.  Not a keeper but not awful either.   I like the "love triangle" aspect of it.

I just finished "Tall, Dark and Filthy Rich", by Jill Monroe.  It's a Harlequin Blaze (Million Dollar Series).  It was okay and fast reading.  I had to try one.

I'm getting ready to start "Bloodfever" by Karen Marie Moning.  It's second in a series.  I love all her books.

Gayle - Over the Edge was good I thought!  And Marcia I'm jealous of you reading Bloodfever!  But I'm getting it for Christmas so I'm trying to be good and wait. LOL

I finished Flashpoint and it was okay.  As I said, I liked the love triangle but it could have used a bit more romance and a bit less "save the heroine from the bad guys".

I just finished Forget Me Not by Marliss Melton.  It was good.  Not a keeper for me but it does make me want to read more about the Seal 12 boys.  I was a bit irritated that the Sebastian/Leila stuff was so rushed though.

I finished Robyn Carr's Never Too Late.  It was pretty good but I didn't like it as well as the Shelter Valley trilogy.  Of course, I really really liked that trilogy so a lot of things wouldn't measure up to it.  By the way if anyone is interested, one of my favorite old series romances is Informed Risk by Robyn Carr.  It's about a firefighter who has lost his wife and little girl.  He fights a fire where a woman and her two little children and their dog are left homeless and he ends up moving them into his home.  And you know where it goes from there but it was a good trip.

Then I read On Strike For Christmas by Sheila Roberts who I just figured out is also Sheila Rabe.  I enjoyed it very much.  The wives are tired of doing everything for the holidays while the men just show up and usually complain about that.  So the wives go on strike and the men have to do everything which gets interesting.  Also the newspapers pick up the story and the strike spreads.  Even to the newspaper staff.  Some funny parts and some touching parts.  More what I think of as a chick lit book.

Now I'm going to read Satisfaction by Marianne Stillings.

I put down Jane Feather for now... I kept a bookmark in it, but I can see that these aren't going to be quick reads and that's what I need right now... I'm trying to clean out over 200 books that still need to be read, so I'll save the looonnng ones for later.

Now I'm reading Reluctant Witness (Harlequin Intrigue Series) :: Kathleen Long, I've read a few of her books and they've all been good. This one isn't disappointing me so far:)

I read Wicked Women 101 by Susanna Carr. It's a book of 3 short stories. I liked the first story the best, the other 2 were ok. It was a good book to read during breaks from cleaning and Christmas decorating.

I'm on to "Treat Her Right" by Lori Foster.  Thought I'd read that and then "Mr. November" to finish off that series of books.

Just finished 5 in a row of Robin D. Owen's "Heart" series. Started with HEARTMATE, then HEART THIEF, HEART DUAL, HEART QUEST & HEART CHOICE. All far into the paranormal romance category. I liked them, but they were a "little steamy," more so than I had expected.

I'm taking a break from paranormal and going to read a Kay Hooper., next.

I am reading the third book in the Misty Harbor series by Marcia Evanick.  It's called A Berry Merry Christmas.  It's really good so far.  I loved the first two in this series (Christmas on Conrad Street & Blueberry Hill).

After this, I am going to read I'm Your Santa by Lori Foster & others.

I started reading Stolen Charms by Adele Ashworth.  I'm really liking it so far.  The hero and heroine are adorable and sexy.

I couldn't decide what to read. There are 2 series I want to finish.  So I am reading 3 books right now.  I've been going back and forth between Parallel Seduction and Highlander Unmasked.  They are both good.  I've been reading a bit of one and then a bit of another.  Although I think today I am going to make myself finish one of them. Probably Highlander since I'm further along in that one.  I was baking cookies all weekend and mostly listened to audiobooks.  Of course I have my ok to read while eating or in the tub book going as well: Beauty and the Beast by Hannah Howell.

I'm on to "Mr. November" now by Lori Foster.  I know I've read these books before but it's been so long I can't really remember them.

Just finished up Hot Target by Suzanne Brockmann.  It was good.  Didn't like the heroine but the hero was great.  I did enjoy the "mini" chapter at the end with Sam & Alysssa though.  Not sure what I'm reading next.

I'm reading Wish List by Lisa Kleypas, Lynsay Sands, Lisa Cach & Claudia Dain. It's 4 historical short stories that happen around Christmas. I'm on the 3rd story and so far they've been good.

Finished GOLDEN THREAD by Kay Hooper. It was one of her older ones, a romance with a little  FBI stuff. Pretty good but not as good as her later ones about Bishop's special unit of the FBI. I really like all of them.

Starting Linda Howard's COVER OF NIGHT next. Just got some more PBS books and am gathering series for my next binge.

TBR pile is growing by leaps and bounds :-)

Cover of Night is pretty good!  I read it a couple of months ago.

I finshed off Mr November.  Now I can go back to The Stone Forrest that I'd started before Susanna started me on this Lori Foster kick.

I need to find the time to work in doing my Christmas cards too.
