I am reading Crewel (Crewel World, Bk 1) :: Gennifer Albin. It is quite good. A bit different.

Well maybe I'll be able to finally get ahold of that book, Alice since you have it... LOL...  I have book 2 coming from FIFO but can't for the life of me manage the first one! :)

I have it up in a swap right now Elisa is wanting it too. If it doesn't go in the swap I will put in the VB.

Haven't been on here in a while but though I would share that I am reading Unbreak My Heart by Melissa Walker right now. It's cute, but I will be ready for something new once I finish. I started Going Bovine a while ago and I might try and pick that back up.

Oh, and I have seen quite a few posts about Losing It by Cora McCormack on here lately so I picked up a copy. What did you think of it?

I LOVED Cora Carmack's novels McKenna...  I've read them all.  And each one I read pretty much in a day.  I think #2 was my favorite, but Losing It was quite entertaining!

I am reading Curtsies & Conspiracies (Finishing School, Bk 2) :: Gail Carriger. I like this one better than the first on in the series.

I just got book 3, Allegiant, of the Divergent series by Veronica Roth. I still have books one and two that I've already read so I'm going to reread them. Just finished Divergent last night and on to Insurgent. I think I'm enjoying them more this time around.

Last night I finished Curtsies & Conspiracies (Finishing School, Bk 2) :: Gail Carriger. I liked this one much better than the first she starts to tie in some of the characters from her other series. Too bad I will have to wait a year to see what happens in the next book. Highly recommend.

It's not YA but I just finished Bellman & Black by Diane Setterfield.  What a disappointment!  Her 13th Tale was AMAZING as I never knew what twist was coming next all the way until the the end.  This one, there wasn't ANYTHING exciting at all...  sigh...  Oh well...  Up next I am starting Kami Garcia's Unbreakable.  This one is going to seem downright short at only 6 CDs.  smiley

I finished Perfect Ruin (Internment Chronicles, Bk 1) by  Lauren DeStefano. The concept is very good but not all that well executed. I think she had an idea of what she wanted to do but it was difficulty to convey. I think book 2 could be better because she through with concept introduction.

Got 3/4 of the way done with Allegiant by Veronica Roth and had to put it down. Just not what I was expecting and didn't feel like the other two books.

so I finishsed Unbreakable last night.  Can I say FRUSTRATING?  i enjoyed both Garcia's and Stohl's solo efforts so far, but this one, I can see what is going to happen but the book just stops!  GRRRRR!!

Not a YA, but started Me Before You by JoJo Moyes and already I can tell I'm going to love it.  Not only does it have a full cast narration, but i already adore the main character.  It's 12 CDs...1 down, 11 to go!

Casey...you were so close to finishing it if you were 3/4 through!  i've not read any of them, though I did download Divergent the other week when it was 1.99.  The movie trailer looked intriguing and I prefer having read a book before seeing the movie.

I know, I felt terrible stopping but I'd tried and needed to read other books for swaps. Maybe I'll come back to it sometime. It just felt like a completely different book compared to one and two. Not YA, but I started Shapeshidted (Edie Spence bk 3) by Cassie Alexander. I love love love this series.

Catching up no one of my series Rise (Nightshade Prequel, Bk 2) :: Andrea Cremer. I really enjoyed Rift and this picks up right where it left off.

And i finished CRAVE by Monica Murphy...definitely NOT New Adult... more erotica.  Wasn't nearly as good as her NA books.  But I'll probably read the follow up, TORN if it gets posted FIFO since I'm #1 for it..

I am reading School Spirits :: Rachel Hawkins. This book is the first in her new series. It is a fun quick read. Likeable characters nothing new or unusual for a YA book just a good story.

I finished - Falling Kingdoms [Falling Kingdoms, Bk 1] by Morgan Rhodes. It was a lot better than I though There is a lot of characters but she does a good job of describing them all and not giving them similar names. I want to read book 2 now.

Completed my reading for the challenge with Brisingr by Chrispher Paolini and Bamboo People by Mitali Perkins.  Both were good.  Though there was a point were Brisingr could have used some editing but all in all the series is entertaining reading.  Bamboo was about conflic in Burma with three teenagers as the focus on both sides of the conflict.
