Starting my MJP Fallen Angel run and just finished Shattered Rainbows and Stephen's book was really emotional and he suffered a lot for love over the years, but glad he found Catherine. The epi was extremely satisfying. Next on to Kenneth's book, River of Fire.

I'm reading Immortal Rider by Larissa Ione. I have to say that I've enjoyed this series and the Demonica series greatly. They're well written and its pretty much non stop action. I like all the story lines and how they link together.

Reading Too Stupid to Live by Anne Tenino. Has one of my pet peeves ("Oh please, guy I've been warned is a manwhore -- have unprotected sex with me!") but it pretty fun.

Finished MJP's River of Fire and it was just as good as Stephen's book. The painting details kind of made my eyes glaze a bit, but really loved Kenneth. I wanted to snatch Rebecca's red hair at times and scream wake up, he is into you gurl...grab him,  at my book at times!!! Not that I get emotionally involved over a fictional book or anything like that...lol. :-) Will finish this series up with One Red Rose which I will start tonight.

I finished Shades of Gray by Maya Banks and LOVED it. I swear I was in tears or close to it through most of the book. So happy that PJ and Cole finally got their HEA. Im very excited to read Steele's story next.

Im going to start Consequences by Althea Romig. Im really curious about this one. Especailly since tons of the reviews state that they need therapy after reading it. LOL

I finished Immortal Rider and oh my gosh, it was so good. I'm about to start Rogue Rider next. I'm sad this is the last of the series but I can't wait to see what she comes up with next.

Missy - Glad to hear Shades of Gray is so good.  I've been lukewarm with my feelings about PJ up til now, so I'm hoping she'll surprise me as the heroine!  Love that whole series to pieces, though.

I'm reading Sweet Dreams by Kristen Ashley.

I haven't had time to read much- seems I either read and don't craft, or I craft and don't read, and I've been on a crafting bender for about the last 2 months.  I don't have any more bazaars lined up though, so should get more reading done!  I've been working on A Cottage by the Sea by Ciji Ware for about 3 weeks now, and finally made some good progress on it this past weekend.  I'm about 3/4 done now- it's a long book.  I am liking it a lot.  I got the recommendation for it from Amazon since I liked Susanna Kearsley so much, and those recommendations have been hit or miss for me, but this one has been a hit.

No idea what will be up next.  I need to do another major sweep and purge of my TBR and then take stock of what's left.  Not looking forward to that job!

Rebecca, there's actually going to be a 5th rider book, though Ione says technically it's the next Demonica book. Because the hero isn't really a rider. But it will follow up on the events of Rogue Rider, I believe.

I voted for Lethal Rider as best paranormal of the year at AAR.

Sherry, I loved Lord and Lady Spy, hope she puts a second one out. Reading three books right now, P and C Two Graves, MJP's One Red Rose and Wendy Roberts's Grounds to Kill, her new series mystery cozy and it was been pretty fun and snarky if you have saw my updates on GRs.

Keri it turned out to be a DNF for me.  That constant bickering just got on my last nerve.  I ended up reading an oldie but a goodie -The Cowboy's Lady by Debbie Macomber - last night at work.  He was absolutely a neanderthal but it was still good.  smiley

Yay Willa, I'm so glad! There are some loose ends that need to be tied up for sure.

Now I'm reading Hopeless by Colleen Hoover. I'm not very far into it yet and I've actually put it down a couple of times. I don't usually read stories with people so young as the couple but its gotten rave reviews so I'm going to stick with it.

Oh sorry it just didn't work for you Sherri. Finished up One Red Rose and that was a wonderful ending to the series. Loved how MJP was able to incorporate the other couples throughout the entire series without overwhelming the current book. Would love to see a book in the future with all the couples in a reunion book, that is my wish and I am sticking to it. Not sure whatup for my next romance, but I am sure it will be something good. I have been on a real historical kick lately, so think that I will take on KMM's Highlander series...or maybe Lori Armstrong's PI Julie Collins series...just not sure I can read those books back to back, as they tend to be pretty intense...but I could use a sexy Martinez fix. :-)

I finished Chains by Shiloh Walker. It's three connected shorter stories. Of course, the romance part was smokin', and the suspense part of them was decent too. All in all, a good read. Not sure what to read next. I have 3 on loan from the library and a bunch I need to read to send out.

eta: Reading One Foot in the Grave by Jeanine Frost

Finished Unforgivable by Joanna Chambers. It was an intense read, pretty old skool, but I found it disappointingly familiar after her awesome debut book.

Last night I read The Sheriff Takes a Wife by Debbie Macomber - the 2nd Manning brides book.  It was utterly ridiculous - 1 star.

I finished Sweet Dreams by Kristen Ashley.  I felt like I was reading the Motorcycle Man clone.... but in a really, really good way.  This book was fabulous.  Tate was all that Tack (from Motorcycle Man) was, but slightly less of a jerk.  lol   Sigh.

Edited to add that I absolutely ADORED Motorcycle Man, so my above statement wasn't anything negative about that.  lol   More like comparing really good chocolate cake with really good chocolate cake!  smiley

We gotcha Michelle. ;-) We knew you weren't dissin' swoon worthy Tack. I have Sweet Dreams, just haven't dug it out of the TBR pile....errr...mountain. Two Graves kind of caught me tonight with the machinations of Pendergast, so I have been reading suspense.

Finished Third Grave Straight Ahead. She's doing a good job at spinning this series out! Looking forward to the next one.

I read Adrian's "Kiss of Midnight" earlier this week - enjoyed it a lot even though it's a BDB clone. It was much better as a clone than Julie Ann Walker's clone of Janzen' "Steele Street" books. The Walker was "Hell on Wheels" - so-so.

I'm on the list for the 2nd Adrian e-version. Hope it's offered to me soon.

Now it's back to the HQ Presents I was reading before the Adrian came though.
