I started Julie James's Something about you and so far it has been pretty good. She is a NTM author.

Just got back from vacation (we went on a cruise) and was able to finish two books Mortal Temptations :: Allyson James  and Mortal Seductions :: Allyson James. MS was good but it was very vanilla, not too much action going on for an erotica book.

I am currently reading The Girl in the Gatehouse by Julie Klassen.  If you like Jane Austen, you'd like this book.

Am slowly reading Heart of Steel -- it's excellent, but takes a lot out of me. Finished up Real Men Will, liked it a lot (much more than I expected after the novella.) Just started Only Mine by Mallory as a break from HoS.

Just finished reading Lily Mine: A Historical Fantasy by Annabel Joseph and I really enjoyed it!  It's a historical erotic romance with light leanings towards bdsm, nothing heavy, but it was actually a really well written HR story with likeable characters and a decent plot.  I liked both the H/h and read faster to see how it would all work out.

Tried to read Along for the Ride by Michelle M Pillow, but did not like the heroine (way to alpha for me) so I couldn't force myself through the book.  But except for that book I've had some enjoyable reads lately!!

I"m reading Royally Seduced by Marie Donovan(Blaze) it's good so far...the first one Royally Romanced was very good too. not sure what I'll take to work to read during break - thought about this one but it's probably due to hit the sex scenes..sigh...none of my ot her books are striking my fancy yet.

Reading a non-romance right now and possibly starting on a historical later today, just need to decide which one.

Keri, I've really liked all of Julie James' books- I bet you will want to read them all!

I finished Only Yours by Mallery, and it was good- not as good as the previous one, but still better than the three that came out last year.  Next up is Only His, to finish out the series (for this year, anyway).

I just sat at my desk at work, bawling, finishing Mockingjay. Good thing I now have an office to myself. Technically, I got the ending I wanted, but the way it came about was completely heartbreaking. I can't put into words how good this entire series was. I'm so glad someone here on PBS was kind enough to give me the set in hardback, because its new home is on my keeper shelf.

*sigh* The only bad thing about finishing a fantastic book is that I have no desire to pick up anything else. But I brought In Bed with the Highlander by Maya Banks to work with me, so I guess that's up next.

I picked up Bad Boys of Summer (anthology with Lori Foster, Erin McCarthy & Amy Garvey).  I'm not expecting much, but after a super crazy busy weekend, I just need something to read that won't exhaust me.  smiley

Just finished Shaedes of Gray by Amanda Bonilla....not bad, different paranormal types then usual. Now I am reading Bloodlust by Michele Rowen and then That OId Black Magic by her as well. Have to review both and I figured I might as well get them done and then I can be completely done with 2 series, how often does that happen? lol

Finished The Girl in the Gatehouse.  It was worth the 4 days devoted to it in order to savor the book.  Highly recommend!

Tina, I was 3 weeks away, but there is no way I was waiting 3 whole weeks to get my hands on this book. So I almost paid full price for it at B and  N today and I don't regret it a bit. :-)

Just read Sandra Brown's Lethal. It's good! More thriller than romance but the story throws you for loops and nice development of H/H relationship.
