Since I have no willpower I went ahead and picked up Madeline Hunter's Sinful and Satin and already on page 100. I really love this series. The writing is tight and I love the characters.

Started Snowfall last night by Sharon Sala.  I got this book from LaVonne (thank you!) in the Heart Shaped Virtual Box Game (come check us out, we don't bite!) and so far it is really good.  She is a new to me author and I really like the writing style.

Diana, If you like that book then check out Jackson Rule, one of her best books to me that she ever wrote. She wrote that under her pen name Dinah McCall.

I started Daisy's Back in Town last night. Only have about 100 pages or so left so I will be finishing it tonight. I am really enjoying it and will read more from this author.

I finished Sinful In Satin and I loved it. I loved Celia and Jonathan as a couple and can't wait for the next.

I'm trying the old book/new book alternation and picked Thief of Hearts by Patricia Gaffney as my old book. From her more bodice-rippery period. Don't have a sense yet of whether I'll like it.

I thought that PG was a good book. I have started Cindy Gerard's To The Edge and so far I am really liking it.

Melissa - So glad you like Rachel Gibson, she is one of my favorite.  Always an auto-buy.  Her series on the hockey players are the best.

I have finally given in and started Outlander.  So far, it's  slow going, but I'm trusting everyone who loves it, so I'll keep plugging along.  I'm about 1/3 of the way in, so it's got to pick up soon.

Renee - I had to get about halfway through Outlander before I even liked it.... but once I finished I had to sit there and think "WOW - I really loved that book!"

I started Simply Irresistible today, but have only read a little bit.

Still on Midnight Kiss by Robyn Carr et all.  The Carr story was pretty good, for a short story in an anthology.  I'm on the 2nd story by an author I've never heard of, barely started, so haven't formed an opinion yet.  Should be a quick read...assuming I ever get any time to read, that is!

Reading Crave by JR Ward, and really liking it so far. It reminds me of a military romantic suspense, with paranormal elements.

Susanna, I thought all her M books series were good.  I decided to read Kleypas's When Strangers Marry while I am reading the Gerard.

I LOVED Hunting Season (Gathering, Bk 1) by Shelly Laurenston. Seriously, I need to stop offering up books I haven't yet read in swaps. I'll now be searching for a keeper copy of this one. This was my first Laurenston, and luckily, I have many more on my TBR. Many LOL moments, fantastic chemistry, great secondary characters. I loved the camaraderie within the Crows/Ravens. The antagonistic plot was virtually non-existent, but I actually didn't mind, because the dialogue and character stories kept me perfectly entertained. Can't wait for more in this series.

The Bid by JAX is next, my last swap book for a while. I'm trying to stay away from swaps during the holidays, so it'll just be a matter of time before my withdrawal symptoms start kicking in......

I broke down and bought a copy of An Unconventional Heiress by Paula Marshall.  I like the Australian theme and that the Heroine is going to fall in love outside of her class.

Last week I read Singh's Caressed by Ice and of course, loved it. Is Mine to Possess good? I read the first couple of chapters in a sample and the girl kind of got on my nerves. I just want to know should I buy it or just get it from the library?

I also finally read Silver Borne and I read it in one afternoon. It's probably just me, but this one didn't seem to be as good as the first 5 (?, is that how many is before). It didn't go deep enough for me but I did like that it focused mostly on the wolves. Still good, just not my favorite.

I'm up in the air on what I'll read next.

Susanna - Mischief is very good. I have a large print copy unfortunately (hate large print, I'll have to list it on here one of these days and get a regular copy to replace it) but Colchester's feelings for Imogen are very convincing and sweet.

Thief of Hearts has improved, though still not up to usual Gaffney.
