Had a hard review to write, which kept me from reading much. Didn't want to get mixed up. Back to the revised edition of Heaven Can Wait by Cheryl St.John.

I'm reading Rock Chick Redemption and LOVING Hank.  I thought maybe he would be too straight-laced since he's a cop, but he's got enough bad boy in him to be yummy!

I only got a few pages into Crystal Cove and then didn't have any more reading time this weekend.  Kind of dreading it now though...but as I bought it new, feel like I should at least give it a try.

Willa, I saw your review on the new Higgins- is that the one that was hard to write?  Ughh, that's another one I've been looking forward to!  I won't read your review til after I've read the book, but I usually agree with you, so I guess I will wait for that one to come up on my WL and not buy it new.

I finished Rock Chick Redemption.  I loved it!  (I'm starting to sound like a broken record)

I'm trying to pace myself so I don't run out of KA books to read (and I know Ally & Ren's book comes out later so I don't want to read all of these Rock Chick books at once), but man I want to pick up Vance's book NOW!

No clue what is next.

I have been reading, but too lazy to post. Was on a Sarah McCarty kick this weekend, read Promises Linger and Promises Keep and really liked them both. It was all a matter of sexual healing dont ya know. But despite the suspended belief that the mighty W*&^ shall heal all, I still enjoyed the books. Looking forward to getting the 3rd in the series so I can move on to the yummy Preachers book. This next weeks are going to be awesome for new releases...can't wait!

After starting and stopping at least 4 books I've finally settled on At Peace by Kristin Ashley. I'm excited about upcoming releases too!

I'm stuck and don't know what to read.  Nothing on my mountainous TBR appeals to me right now.  I know Frost Burned (Mercy Thompson #6) comes out next Tuesday and the Clockwork Princess on 3/19, but what else are y'all excited about that I might be missing?

Finished up Gone Country by Lorelei James.  It was good.  Not quite as steamy as her others have been though.  B+

NO idea what's next.

Michelle I'm having to pace myself on Kristen Ashley too - was thinking of starting Rock Chick but may wait a bit (at least until I finish the book I just started!)

Keri I enjoyed the Promises series by McCarty - Asa is one of my favorite heroes. the violence in hers bothers me though..sigh..

I decided to start Beauty and the Black Sheep by Jessica Bird after seeing the description in a looking for a series thread here! sounded good so went to amazon and found it for kindle. night shift but seems we're gonna be busy :-(

I read Off Sides by Sawyer Bennett and really enjoyed it.

Now reading Measuring Up by Nyrae Dawn.  I swear, once I read a 'new adult' I end up reading another and another.

I was so dissappointed with that anthology. Many of the stories just didn't work for me and there were quite a few of my fav authors in there.

I finished Beauty and the Black Sheep by Jessica Bird. I'm disappointed in it. would like to know how things worked out for everyone but I decided before I finished this one to return the other ebooks for a refund. I disliked the heroine quite a bit - and while I love hanging onto a hstorical home or family place sometimes it's just not practical or in the best interests of everyone - I think she should've moved to NY with the hero and let her poor sister have a freaking life for once and the brother drinking and doping up on pain killers - well enough of that with the book in robyn carr's virgin river series - dont' want to read about a hero with all those problems plus lusting for years over his best friend's wife. maybe someone can change my mnd? I have to admit to being mildly curious but this heroine was too independent for me, the sister's hero is a lot older and feels like she's a schoolgirl so gag, and the brother seems to be a bum so really not looking up IMO :-(

started Rock Chick by Kristen Ashley but not sure how it'll grab me. her stuff usually does though. also have 2 ebooks a friend's daughter wrote so I'm curious about those.

I'm reading Hot Head by Damon Suede. Really loving it. It's a m/m and they are firefighters who've been best friends for years. And they are smokin HOT!

I'm also reading Eternal Captive by Laura Wright. It's the third installment in the Mark of the Vampire series. And I've been looking forward to this one! Lucien is awesome! The author likes to use the 'c' word, and that used to bother me, back when I read the first book anyway. I think I'm getting used to it. I'm so jaded. lol

I read an Ellora's Cave book for a review that pretty much sucked, so I needed something good.  Started Kristen Ashley's Knight.

so I needed something good.  Started Kristen Ashley's Knight.

Not that I didn't love it, but this one has been my least favorite of hers so far. You'll have to let me know what you think.

In preparation for Raid, I started Creed today.
