Finished Ward's Lover Eternal and I practically inhaled it. These books are like chips, you can't read just one. I am so going to start Lover Awakened. I will bust if I don't at least get the read Zhadist and Bella's story, then maybe my addiction will be better controlled and I can move on to the Michael Palmer that I had started. Lord I am going to need a 12 step program for this series...I just know it! :-)

Just finished At Love's Command (Brothers in Arms, Bk 4) by Samantha Kane and really liked it. This series just gets better as it goes. If you like m/m/f you should try these.

Cyndi - I have those on my wish list, I'm definitely looking forward to that series.

Keri - I guess I'll be glad I have all of the BDB books (except the latest) so when I start, I will have them on hand.  lol

I'm reading Dragon Warrior, but it's slow going.  My mom is in town this week visiting so I've been busy busy busy.

still reading Queen of Broken Hearts - not even 1/4 through it  haven't been reading much and it' s just not grabbing me. I usually do the 'seasonal' reading challenge of rt but not keeping up with that either. just blah right now I guess.

Michelle, they are realy good, beware that some have a lot of man on man action (book 1 and 2 not so much but 3 and 4 a lot). Also book 3 Loves Strategy (which is only in a e-fbook) is novella size, I bought it for my kindle and was really ticked that I paid $4 for such a short story (it was really good though).

Finished the audio book Covet and it was really good. It starts out kind of confusing until you finally figure out who the characters are but was action packed. Don't read the reviews because there is a major spoiler in one.

Not sure what I'm going to read next.

I finished At the Duke's Pleasure by Tracy Ann Warren... blah... I only read it since it's part of a series.

I started reading A Wanted Man by Linda Lael Miller.

I finished Playing Dirty by Susan Andersen, and it was fine, not the best or the worst I've ever read.  There was a lot of tension/conflict between the hero and heroine, and this book finally concluded a 3-book series, so it was interesting to see the completion of the overall story arc.

Nothing on my romance TBR called out to me, so I grabbed at random and came up with The Last Time I Was Me by Cathy Lamb.  Only a chapter in so far, and I think I will like it.  I'm also reading (or trying to) The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo on my iPod, and it seems kind of all over the place for me.  Some of it is interesting, and other parts drone on and on about European economics until I want to bludgeon myself.  Not entirely sure I will stick with it.

The next VR book comes out tomorrow and I have a $1 off coupon for it, so may just drop everything else to read it.

Started the audio of The Next Always -- had to return Lethal, which is so annoying! Hope it comes back soon. My husband is supposed to buy me something today which will let me listen to my ipod on my car speakers and I can have only one audiobook going at a time, which will be handy.

Reading Lady Sparrow by Barbara Metzger, which is dryly funny.

Finished Ward's Lover Awakened last night and boy were my eyes tired, but it was such a great read. One of those that makes you sigh when you were done because it was such a great read. I loved Zhadist and Bella as a couple. She just wasn't going to be talked out of her man, by him or anybody else. Loved it. Now that is it for awhile on Ward...I must read something else. So what if I have up to book 6 on my TBR I can wait and have the will power not to dive into Butch's story...I can. I think I can...I am pretty sure I can. ;-) geez o pete...who am I kidding...I have no will power.

still reading Queen of Broken Hearts - think it's by Cassandra King. will try to finish it then find something else - maybe a love inspired or harlequin - need to catch up and see what's come out since the end of last year - like rhonda nelson and lebrecque and thompson(blaze) and there are some love inspired authors i enjoy as well as julie miller in the intrigue line..

I read a free kindle download, A Gift of Joy. It was really sweet. I have the 2nd BDB by J.R. Ward but I know better than to start it. I need blocks of time because I know I won't want to put it down. I checked out Dark Prince by Christine Feehan from the library so I'll start that today.

Now reading Revealed by Evangeline Anderson, it's book 5 in her Brides of the Kindred series. Starting out good.

Tried to listen to Sudden Death (F.B.I., Bk 1) by Allison Brennan but it was too gory. This woman and man were going to kill this guy and I could tell it wasn't going to be quick, they were going to play with him a while. Ick!

Also tried to listen to Desperate Duchesses by Eloisa James but it was beyond stupid. I can usually take a lot with an audio since I'm at work and it drowns out the drama makers, but the heroine was so TSTL that I only got to chapter 3 and had to turn it off.

Oh crap Cyndi, there's a book *5*? Wonder if that Fictionwise code is still good...

ETA - rats, FW doesn't have it. Nadiah's story, cool! I wondered if she would have one.

I've got that "forced myself to read too much, feel frozen" thing going on. Probably need to just take a break, maybe listen to some audio, while I figure out what I really want to read.

I am taking a break from romance right now and am reading Two for the Dough by Janet Evanovich.  I am really liking it.  I will probably finish it tonight and then go back to reading Harlequins for the game I'm currently in.

Willa, Just found out yesterday and bought it and it's only $2.99! Really starting out good, I was afraid it would be them bickering the whole time but it isn't.

Diana, I really liked TFTD, I listened to them on audio and they were really funny.

I'm finally near or just past the halfway mark of Queen of Broken Hearts - it's kinda growing on me - not a facepaced book and not a romance - deals wit divorce and I'm already suspecting some not-so-happy endings for some of the characters.

Listening to The Next Always. Sounds too much like an ad for Robert's inn. :-\  Good narrator though, except not so hot at the female voices. No one beats Viktor Slezak!

Lesley, I am curious as to if you enjoy The Last Time I Was Me. It has been on my TBR pile for a long time, and I can never make myself pick it up! I loved Julia's Chocolates, but Henry's Sisters was so unenjoyable that turned me off from Cathy Lamb for a while...but since we have such similar tastes lately, maybe I will try it again if you enjoy it, otherwise, it will continue to collect dust for a little longer!

I just started the Destiny, Ohio series by Toni Blake this weekend, and I love them! CANNOT READ THEM FAST ENOUGH! Right now, I am in the middle of book 3, Whisper Falls, and it is by far my favorite. The characters sooo belong together!

I finished Queen of Broken Hearts by Cassandra King - will look for more by her - my library has a couple more I think. it took a while to really get into the book but once I did (about halfway) I was hooked. not really a romance but more like women's fiction I think so I had to adjust to a HEA nto being wrapped up nice and tight with a man or everything summed up in an epilogue!

not sure what I'll read next but I have  3 by Emily March I might can get into and one called Stay that was recommended in a thread here...oh and Linda Howard's cry no more that I' m still not sure I can handle...

LeeAnn, I am nearly done wtih The Last Time I Was Me- I stayed up wayyyy too late last night trying to fnish it, but finally had to put it down to go to sleep.  I *LOVE* ths book!  I am not usually a huge fan of first person narrative, but this is so well done, so honest and funny, seriously side-splitting funny in parts!  What a great cast of characters, and even though there are some sad things wrt to the heroine, you will end up really rooting for her, because deep down she is stronger than she thinks she is.  I have Julia's Chocolates on my TBR (I think I got it from you awhile back, didn't I?) and can't wait to read that one next, if it's anywhere near as good as this one.  I'll have to make a note of Henry's Sisters and avoid that one.

Also, the Destiny series is one of my favorites- can't say I am surprised that you love it, since I do too!  LOL!  Btw, how did you like Playing Dirty?  I thought it was ok, not great, but not horrible either.  Susan Andersen has been kind of hit or miss for me- some of her stuff has been great, and others kind of meh.  This one was right in between for me.
